What does my Hosted Desktop Package include?

The following table outlines the applications and services that are included with our Hosted Desktop package. Other software applications can be easily installed to your desktop using our "Software on Demand" service. All Hosted Services are supported by our Microsoft Gold Certified IT Support Team.

Disk space allowance for each user is 5 GB. This can be increased for a small additional charge.

Data backup.

A 30 day cycle of all data and email database will be backed up. Local data on laptops and Pc's can also be backed up on request.  Data can be restored from anywhere in the world at the touch of a button.

Anti-Virus.

Corporate class Anti-virus software is installed, configured and updated automatically 365 days of the year.

Anti-spam.

Our C-mail Enterprise Anti-spam solution is included with every premium version of Microsoft Exchange.

Microsoft Patching.

An automated patching solution is in place so all users are given the latest security protection.

Server monitoring.

Automated server monitoring is in place at all times, checking business critical services.

Unrivalled Hardware Support.

All Windows based hardware is supported. Any local peripherals can be used with your Hosted Desktop solution.

Printer support.

Virtually all makes and models of printers are supported by our Hosted Desktop solution.
